Frequently asked questions

Our homes are built for stays of 3 to 11 months, and the price per month drops the longer you stay: the best rate starts at 9 months. One or two months are possible at a higher rate.
Yes. We provide the Wohnungsgeberbestätigung and put your name on the doorbell and mailbox, so you can register at the Bürgeramt, open a bank account and handle your visa as a real resident.
Not at all. We work with internationals every day and handle everything in English, from your first message to the contract and beyond.
Everything: rent, utilities, internet and the full furnishing, in one fixed monthly invoice. The German broadcasting fee (Rundfunkbeitrag) is included too. The only extra is a one-time final cleaning of €120 per stay. No surprise bills.
Yes. We issue VAT-compliant invoices made out to your company, ideal for relocations and expense reporting.
